Stay away -- they've been bought out by private equity. I had them come and quote a heat pump install for me. They took weeks to get me a quote, didn't quote me what I asked for, their quote was $8,000 higher than the next highest bid and it didn't include electrical work.

I have used them for years, and the service is exceptional! Less than 8 hours ago my heat stopped working. First thing this morning Mario and Tyshane arrived and were very informative, friendly, and took care of the issue. The office staff is additionally always so helpful and very nice. The customer service is top notch and the quality of work is superb. I can’t recommend them enough.

Had flashing. red warning on the digital touchscreen of our Alpine Gas fired boiler on a Sunday. Chris, the on call technician for Flanders, was at our home within 2 hours and solved the issue. Chris was knowledgeable, responsive and answered all my questions. He’s the best!

NOT HAPPY!!!! I had a brand new heating system put in a few months ago, I've had service here for it 4 times and just had to call for service AGAIN because I have no hot water!!! HORRIBLE!!! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!

Flanders Heating & A/C provides an affordable solution to heating and cooling upkeep and maintenance by allowing monthly payments. You have to love a company that answers all your questions patiently, and works with you for solutions. I had one small hick up with filters. Nora, the service manager, hand delivered them to my house on her way home! who does that? All of the service techs have been very professional. My most recent technician, Chris was very personable and helpful. He spent a lot of time working out my air flow, which made a huge difference. So pleased, keep up the good work guys!
